Not Feeling It.

URG!! I am having the hardest time losing my baby weight. I have tried dieting, B12 shots, appetite supp, riding the exercise bike, going to the gym, doing P90X, and now I am running. I AM NOT losing any weight. IT SUCKS. I don't know what else to try. Someone said to try zantrex-3 and I am going to get that on thursday, it's supposed to give you an energy boost. We will see about that!! LOL.

I have days where I am super motivated to work out, and then I have days where I could careless if I work out. I want to lose about 50 more lbs but I just lose my motivation because I am showing no progress. I don't know what else to do...I know everyone says cardio cardio cardio...I have been doing cardio and still nothing...I do crunches everyday and I still don't really see a difference in my flabby tummy. I hate the way my body looks...I feel like I am doing everything...and nothing is changing.

I am still dieting as well as working out...but I am totally losing motivation to even try any longer. I just looked into the special K diet and I think I might try that for a month and see how that goes plus exercising. I have started running today! I hope it helps kick me in gear.

I haven't given up on P()X but I haven't done it in almost a week...I have no motivation to put the DVD in. That sounds terrible doesn't it? I hate that I was so motivated to get started, and I felt great when I was doing it but now I don't even care to do it at all! It sucks...I need a work out buddy!!!

WEEK ONE

It was exactly ONE week since I started Wednesday. I am a little late on posting my blog. Anywho, I had an okay week. I was really sore in the beginning and then I slowly stopped doing the videos all together! I am lacking motivation in the exercise department. I have been eating good...watching my calories, and not eating junk. I did days one, two, three, skip, skip, six, and seven. On the two days I skipped I did the AB workout but that was it. I was sore and wasn't feeling to good.

I have not exercised since Tuesday. That is TERRIBLE. My grandparents came to visit Sunday and I workout Monday and Tuesday but that's it. Yesterday and today I haven't felt the best. Although tonight I play softball so I will get some kind of a work out in. But tomorrow I am so busy I am going to have to get up early to work out then go on with my day. Sunday I should be able to workout. But I really am going to have to kick it into high gear on Monday! Maybe even workout twice a day...I really want to lose this weight. It is super important to me but I just have no motivation.

mini GOAL:: Lose at least 10lbs and 2in. before June 27th.

DAY ONE

So I thought I would blog about my first day to use P90X. I have to say that I was pretty tired after 30 minutes, but I kept going. It wasn't as intense as I thought it would be but I can tell it is going to help me in all the areas I need help in and that I am going to be SUPER sore tomorrow. I am not a person that really likes to exercise in my living room watching a video and trying to follow along but I think I am going to do great with this workout. The moves are pretty simple and the instructor goes slow enough for you to be able to follow along easily.

I guess you could say "so far so good." I can't wait for my first 30 days to be up so that I can see the changes that are going to take place. I have a baby shower to go to at the end of June, and my first goal is to have to go buy something new to wear. I haven't bought me new[cute] clothes in a long time.

My Loss is My Gain

Today I have decided to change my life. I had a baby 7 months ago and during my pregnancy I gained 80lbs. I kept telling myself and everyone around me that once I had the baby I would start working out and lose the weight but I didn't. Right after I had my son I lost 20lbs. About 4 months later I decided I would start going to the gym, and I did 3 times! It did nothing. About a month later I decided before my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary party in November I would lose the whole 80lbs.


I started seeing a weight dr on 2.24.09. I took appetite supprecents, I got a b12 shot once a week, I followed a 1800 calorie diet, and I worked out 3-5 days a week. In 2 months I had only lost 12lbs. And 3 weeks in a row I stayed the same.


I recently came across P90X program that everyone is talking about. I have seen some amazing transformations on youtube as well as talking to some moms on a website I belong to. They all say that it does amazing things and they lose the weight and get in shape. This blog is for me to keep everything logged, show my progress, get motivation and maybe motivate someone else.


My current weight is 215lbs.

My measurements are::

-waist- 45in,
-chest- 45in.
-thigh- 26in.
-arm- 13.5in.
-butt- 49in.

Pant Size--> 16-18
Shirt Size--> L-XL
